PROJECT
CORAZóN DEL RIO RESTAURANT LOGO REBRAND
CLIENT: CORAZóN DEL RIO
CATEGORY: LOGO DESIGN
DATE: OCTOBER 2020
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Corazón del Rio, a new Latin American dining experience, approached us to create a distinctive restaurant logo design that captures the heart and soul of its brand. The name, meaning “Heart of the River”, evokes warmth, movement, and cultural richness — themes that needed to shine through in the visual identity.
The goal was to develop a restaurant logo design that felt vibrant, authentic, and welcoming, appealing to a broad audience while celebrating Latin American heritage. It had to strike the right balance between tradition and modernity — and be versatile enough for signage, menus, digital platforms, and packaging.
Our design process began with visual research inspired by Latin American art, nature, and rhythm. We crafted a hand-drawn, typographic logo supported by flowing shapes and symbolic forms that suggest energy, community, and the steady pulse of a river.
The final logo is bold yet fluid — full of personality and adaptable across brand touchpoints. It reflects Corazón del Rio’s passion for flavour, culture, and shared experiences, setting the stage for a restaurant that is both soulful and unforgettable.

Despite its popularity and stunning location, Corazón del Río announced a temporary closure in early 2025 due to a decline in bookings amid rising living costs.
