ABOUT THE PROJECT

Charterhouse required branding and event design for their inaugural Healthcare Summit, held at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds on 9 July 2024. The goal was to create a professional, future-facing visual identity that supported Charterhouse’s position as a trusted technology partner in healthcare. Consistency across all event design touchpoints was key to delivering a memorable and cohesive delegate experience.

Our objective was to lead the creative direction and deliver a full event design package that worked across print, digital, and spatial assets. The focus was on clarity, impact, and usability — helping presenters communicate effectively while keeping attendees engaged throughout the day.

We developed a bespoke AI-themed concept that reflected the summit’s forward-thinking content. This theme was applied across a complete set of event design materials, including:

  • A multi-page printed event brochure and agenda

  • Custom-designed tote bags for delegates

  • Pull-up banners for branding and wayfinding

  • A PowerPoint presentation template for speakers

  • A branded feedback form

  • Stage set visuals that supported the event narrative

Each item was designed with accessibility and brand alignment in mind — using bold typography, a confident colour palette, and consistent graphic elements. The result was a polished, unified event design system that elevated the summit’s professional tone and provided a strong foundation for future Charterhouse events.

Objectives included:

  • Create a distinctive, future-ready event design system aligned with healthcare and AI themes

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all branded event materials

  • Support audience engagement and ease of navigation through clear layout and messaging

  • Reinforce Charterhouse’s credibility and innovation in the healthcare tech space

  • Deliver versatile event design assets that could be reused or adapted for future use
